1. Liability exemption clause

ColorIURIS, A.I.E. is liable, in accordance with the Spanish legislation regarding contractual and extra-contractual liability and the general statute of the Spanish legal profession, for the proper wording of the contracts based on data provided by the copyright owner; as well as for the adaptation of the contracts by making new versions available to the users within a reasonable period of time as of the date on which legislative changes occur at a national/international level, that could affect the contracts and for a one-year period, renewable, from the time the contract is signed.

ColorIURIS, A.I.E. shall not be held liable for anything resulting from any falsehood in the data consigned by the owner of the rights and/or for the manipulations or misuse of the software and/or of the contents that ColorIURIS provides the copyright owners with. ColorIURIS shall not be held liable, in any way, for any non-compliance on the part of the States that signed the Berne Agreement or other international treaties dealing with copyright when adapting the internal legislation.

Regarding ColorIURIS the software that supports the website and its accommodation, these are the responsibility of third parties that the firm has no control over; however, we shall make every attempt to keep the problems caused by errors of a technical nature to a minimum and to solve whatever problems may arise.

Bear in mind that some data or information contained in our pages may have been created or structured in files or formats that are not error-free and we can therefore not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or unaffected in some way due to problems of this nature.

ColorIURIS, A.I.E. shall not be held liable in any way for those problems that could be caused by visits to the present pages or by any other external consultation that has been forwarded.

The present liability exemption clause does not mean to limit the liability of ColorIURIS, A.I.E. in any way contrary to what is laid out in the legal profession’s code of conduct nor the applicable domestic directives; nor to decline its liability in those cases where, under said regulations, liability may not be declined.

This website, including its contents (except for the legislation and jurisprudence which are of public domain) is a collective work, created at the initiative and under the co-ordination of Pedro Jaime Canut Zazurca, to whom all the moral rights belong. All the commercial rights are granted to ColorIURIS, A.I.E.

Authorisation is granted for a security copy to be made by the user, the copy that remains in the caché memory of the user’s hard disc; the reproduction, distribution and public communication for private, non-profit-making use; as well as the reproduction and public communication for commercial purposes provided this is done within a scientific context respecting quotation rights.
