 + ====== Where are my creations? ======

 +
 + ===== ColorIURIS for websites =====
 +
 +
 +Because websites; and specially the blogs or weblogs are protected by the rules of copyright and they are -on the web 2.0-  paradigm of culture spreading. Thus our first colours were for them.
 +
 +First for Spanish authors and some countries of Latin America; later to authors throughout Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula; today for Ireland and the United States;… tomorrow to authors from all over the world.
 +
 +The **agreement of license**(contract) is presented to the final user along with the content, so that the weblog is displayed immediately.
 +
 + ===== ColorIURIS for online contents =====
 +
 +
 +However, web sites are not homogeneous, nor on the type of content (text, music, photography…) nor in terms of **disclosure-protection** team seeking its creators.
 +
 +This need was born ColorIURIS for online content, which lets you define a policy on copyright for each creation.
 +
 +The **agreement of license** (contract) is presented to the final user along with the content, which is displayed - as in the previous case - in a direct way.
 +
 + ===== ColorIURIS for contents hosted on the servers of the authors, or third =====
 +
 +
 +Choosing this option, the **agreement of license**(contract) **ColorIURIS** is presented to the final user by offering the acceptance of the conditions determined by the author prior to download / spreading content.
 +
 +Because the free flow of culture and information, and the willingness of the author to share their creations do not collide with respect to their moral rights, or how they want to assign their rights.
 +
 +In all three cases both the **agreement of license** (contract) customized as the successive acceptances are **registered and deposited** in the [[trusted third party]] chosen by the holder of the rights.
 +
 + ===== ColorIURIS for contents hosted on the server of ColorIURIS =====
 +
 +
 +As in the previous case with this option **agreement of license** (contract) **ColorIURIS** is presented to the final user by offering the acceptance of the conditions determined by the author **prior** to download / viewing content (it being recorded and deposited in a trusted third party).
 +
 +As added value to the work of the trusted third party (recognised by **Article 25 LSSICE**), the contents are deposited notarized, and if it is the wish of the creator of content, go to swell the [[repository of free works]] chosen, created under of the **Third Additional Provision of the IPA Spanish**.
 +
 + ===== ColorIURIS for tangible contents =====
 +
 +
 +This is how we call the non-digital content, as a book published in paper form, a music CD… With this mode the system **ColorIURIS** facilitate to the creators of the contents the possibility of having a contract online (registered and deposited in the Third Confidence chosen by the holder of the  rights), with a unique url which is available to final users to accept agreements of license(contracts) with a more beneficial to users than those resulting from the automatic application of the rules copyright.
