You have accessed the Whistleblowing Channel of the BERGNER Internal Reporting System, implemented in accordance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption and Directive 2019/1937, as part of the BERGNER GROUP's policy of transparency, maintenance of ethical values and legal compliance within its structure and in its relations with third parties.

By means of this Channel you may report any criminal, serious or very serious administrative offence or breach of European Union regulations that you may have detected in your dealings with BERGNER. You may also use it to bring to our attention any violation of our Code of Ethics, which you can request directly to the following e-mail address info@bergnergroup.com.

You may submit your complaint with the assurance that your data will be treated securely and confidentially, in compliance with applicable law and for the sole purpose of handling the complaint received. Only the persons responsible for BERGNER's Internal Information System shall have access to them and they shall be deleted in accordance with the applicable legislation.

You may also choose to report anonymously by selecting the "Anonymous" option.

In order to provide it with greater security, this Complaints Channel is managed by COLORIURIS S.L., an independent entity and Qualified Trust Services Provider, who will also act as the Data Processor, treating the information obtained through this Channel confidentially and in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, in any case in accordance with the instructions given by the client Data Controller in accordance with the provisions of Art. 28 of the RGPD.
