A Trusted third party is an institution designed for the digital home field at the institution of the depositary and under article 25 of the Law 34/2002, of July 11, of Spanish services of the information society and electronic commerce, on transposition of the directive of the European Parliament and Council concerning certain aspects of the services of the information society and in particular electronic commerce:

“Trusted third party intervention.
1.- The parties may agree that a third party files the statements of will which integrate the electronic contracts and to include the date and time that such communications have taken place.
2.- The third must file declarations in computer support that has taken place on telematic channel between the parties by the time stipulated, that in no case shall be less than 5 years”.

Internauta is a civil association non-profit-making use founded by Internet users, professionals in information technology and communication and social actors who see a new Internet media company, which dramatically transformed our culture. We understand that it is a powerful tool for social transformation that allows build citizenship and apply this to the liberation of peoples.

We are sure that participation and civic engagement, offer a full social integration and pure and can thus change the reality of our country, trying to build citizenship with the activities we do to contribute to building a more just, free , sovereign, united and with determination.

We firmly believe that access to information and education is a right and not a privilege.

We urge the development of technology; democratization of the media, access to information and edapply this to the liberation of peoples. Education for all Argentines, networking social solidarity, recovery and promotion of civic values, the incorporation of values in health from the concept of preventive rather than curative health (HIV / AIDS, addiction, heart disease, etc.), all this linked to a draft country committed to the least have, with whom they work and more with the popular sectors of our country, the basic concept of propender a Latin American union. The goal of Internauta is to ensure the development, evolution and use of open Internet for the benefit of all people in our country, the use of the Internet as a tool for community.

In addition to creating a space of debate, discussion and participation, where canalize the creative capacity and producer of all the users of Internet of the Republic Argentina.

How it was born?

Internauta became operational on January 12, 1999 in inorganic form, as an organization that sought to provide answers to the various orders of solidarity that originated in our country, and question where the flaws of our country regarding ICT; only in 2001, October 29, we settle into an NGO, where we were recognized as a civil association for non-profit-making use, under registration number 23,307 No No 1/101.693. The efforts of the early years focused on organizations across the country, opening subdelegations delegations and the length and breadth of our vast territory (a total of 64 nodes, and between delegations subdelegations).

The IberoAmerican University assumes the educational project of the “Compañía de Jesús”, and has as its mission to contribute in an environment of responsible participation, opennes, freedom, respect and critical purpose to the development and dissemination of knowledge, and trainning a true professional and researchers with human and academic qualities, implicated in the service of the others, to achieve a free, productive, fair and supportive society.
